Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Order Accuracy -
Please double-check your order details, including product selections, colors, and shipping information, before completing your purchase. JBKreations is not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.
Damaged Items -
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and determine if a replacement can be offered.

All items are handmade and require time to create. Please allow the listed processing time before your order ships.
Shipping -
Once an order has been shipped, JBKreations is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
